Welcome to DG Pro Web, operated by Designing Glory LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

DG Pro Web provides web design, branding, digital strategy, and related creative services. Each project’s scope, deliverables, and timeline are outlined in your written proposal or agreement.

2. Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin most projects. Remaining balances are due upon project completion unless otherwise stated. Projects may pause if payments are delayed.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and content created by DG Pro Web remain our property until full payment is received. After completion and payment, ownership of the final website design, files, and content transfers to you. DG Pro Web reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information, content, and timely feedback.
Ensuring they have rights to any content, images, or materials submitted.
Maintaining access credentials and backups after project handoff (unless under a maintenance plan).

5. Revisions and Approvals

Each project includes a set number of revisions as defined in your proposal. Additional revisions or new requests may incur extra fees.

6. Website Hosting and Maintenance

For Wix websites, hosting is included in your plan. For WordPress or other CMS platforms, DG Pro Web can recommend or provide hosting. We are not responsible for downtime or technical issues caused by external hosts. Maintenance plans are available for ongoing support.

7. Limitation of Liability

DG Pro Web is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. While we take every precaution to ensure quality and uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party platforms or services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing. Client deposits are non-refundable. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
